Mike Robertson

Business Development

Mike has been involved in addiction treatment for over 15 years, helping families and professionals find the resources they need to effectively help those struggling to access care and support.

Mike’s current role in Business Development, is to support and foster existing relationships and develop new relationships to broaden his knowledge of resources. Mike also assists in educating the team that work directly with our families and clients on available resources to provide them the best chance at continuing care.

Other roles Mike has held in this field of addiction include family case management and marketing consultation. Both of which have helped prepare Mike for his current role. Mike says “In the initial years that I worked in this field, I spent as much time on the road as I did at home, and I had the opportunity to visit a multitude of different types of treatment facilities across the country. This has given me a broad and first-hand knowledge of different options available for families and clients specific needs.”

What makes Mike uniquely stand out is his relentless commitment to helping families in need. Mike prides himself on focusing on the best interest of the client and family, this is always at the forefront of what he does. Mike is also very involved in the local community with other businesses and organizations, he believes in educating and providing resources to the Community as a whole, he has learned that addiction affects not only families, but businesses and schools as well.

Mike has earned an Associate Degree in Liberal Arts from Saddleback College. Mike has also attended several trainings over the years such as psychodrama class, intervention training, and motivational interviewing training.

What matters most to Mike is to be an example to our community of integrity, ethical standard of care and to share his passion for helping families in need, he believes every family deserves to find healing. When Mike is not helping those families, he cherishes his own family, his wife and 2 children, he is an advocate for his children’s education and extracurricular activities such as sports and fitness, Mike also loves “fly fishing” and “running”. It is important for him to balance and carry this message in his personal life, as well as work life.
